The Kawasaki Ninja 250 which was sold in India, has moved on to a more rounded cubic capacity number. However, if these spy pictures and the report from TMCblog is to be believed, the next Kawasaki Ninja 250 could well be a 4-cylinder machine. This mysterious, fully faired motorcycle in the pictures is supposedly the next Ninja 250 and surprisingly, the front borrows a lot of styling cues from the Ducati Panigale, just like the Yamaha R25. The windscreen appears to be a static unit, while the rear-view mirrors do look like they belong to the Kawasaki family.

The front rubber looks meaty, while the front disc is a regular unit, unlike the petal disc found on the Ninja 300. The front suspension unit looks like it is a conventional telescopic fork, however, looking sideways, the clip-on’s appear to be positioned for an aggressive riding stance. The fuel tank is a tall, sculpted unit, while the fairing has many angular design elements. According to the report, this mysterious motorcycle might just sport the rumored 4-cylinder 250 cc unit, however, it isn’t sure where the production base will be, if at all Kawasaki decides to build something like this. Looking at the Ninja H2 though, it seems like the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer is taking a different approach to things, one that is radical, yet fresh and enticing. If that is a clue, this could be the hint to things that might come our way in the near future.
