For the uninitiated, the Lamborghini Huracan is here to fill the erstwhile Gallardo’s shoes and was even launched in India recently at a price of Rs 3.43 crore (ex-showroom Delhi). The banshee, 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 from the Gallardo stays albeit with power updates( 610 PS of power at 8,250 rpm and 560 Nm of torque at a high 6,500 rpm), but new is the clean chit design and a dual clutch transmission amongst other things. 0 to 60 mph is dispatched in a mere 3.2 seconds, and the new baby Lambo pulls cleanly till 325 km/h.
Custom outfitters DMC have added some mild flair to the new baby bull, and in the process become the first tuning house to release a worked up Huracan. Apart from the stock, venomous Verde Mantis paint job, the Affari kit by DMC adds some subtle go-faster bits including a custom carbon fiber front splitter in front, a re-engineered deck lid at the back that houses a couple of extra fin sets and an adjustable DMC style carbon fiber rear wing. The rear also sports a an embossed DMC logos while a set of 20 and 21-inch forged alloy wheels round off the DMC Affari body kit nicely.
A mild power bump has also been executed, and now the DMC Huracan Affari does even better with 620 HP on tap. Those extra 10 ponies were extracted using new engine management electronics and with the application of a freer-flowing exhaust system.
